On May 8, a discussion was held at the Cultural Center „Jules Pascin”, organized by the Diplomatic Institute under the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Municipality of Vidin. The event featured the Director of the Institute, Tanya Mihaylova, and renowned journalist Georgi Milkov.

An anniversary exhibition by the artist Vasil Velkov opened on May 7, 2026, at the Cultural Center „Jules Pascin”. The exhibition includes 33 works presented to the public for the first time, bringing together artists, cultural figures, and connoisseurs of fine art.

On March 20 at 6:00 p.m., an exciting concert from the 2025/2026 season program of Symphonietta – Vidin took place at the Cultural Center „Jules Pascin”. The event brought together classical music enthusiasts who had the opportunity to enjoy a carefully selected repertoire and impressive solo performances.

The Cultural Center “Jules Pascin” hosted the national youth forum "BG Gen Z: Change in Action", implemented by the BOKAYA association. The event was the final national forum of the "GEN Z: WE ARE HERE" campaign and is part of the "BG Gen Z" project.

The main goal of the forum was to bring together motivated young people aged 15–29 from the city of Vidin, the region and the country, who are interested in personal development, digital culture and social engagement.

The new permanent exhibition "Stories of Humanity" was opened at the Cultural Center “Jules Pascin”. The event took place on December 15, and the project was implemented in partnership between the Municipality of Vidin, the Municipal Cultural Institute "Danube" and the "America for Bulgaria" Foundation, with the contractor being the architectural studio "Atelier 3".

On the eve of September 24, the “Night of Literature 2025” was held in the courtyard of the Center "Jules Pascin". Vidin was one of the eleven Bulgarian locations that joined the initiative. The organizers were the Municipality of Vidin and the “Mihalaki Georgiev” Regional Library.

The event was opened by Desislava Ivanova, director of the Regional Library "Mihalaki Georgiev".

On September 20, a Bulgarian-Chinese Economic Forum was held at the  Cultural Center “Jules Pascin”, which was attended by 10 representatives of high management positions in leading international Chinese companies, as well as representatives of the Presidency of the Republic of Bulgaria, the Bulgarian Investment Agency, the Regional Administration, Vidin Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Labor Bureau Directorate, Vidin-South Industrial Zone and others.
