The Cultural Centre "Jules Pascin" has a hall for 180 people. The venue is perfect for variety of artistic events - concerts, performances, screenings, exhibitions, festivals, conferences, seminars, presentations, rituals, and meetings.

Workshops for children are planned. They would be hold by the Centre for Children and Youth Creative Development "Danube" at the Municipal Cultural Institute "Danube". A number of cultural events organized by the Municipal Cultural Institute "Danube" and Vidin Municipality will also be realized.

The Cultural centrе "Jules Pascin" is managed by the Municipal Cultural Institute "Danube" at Vidin Municipality.

The Centre operates in the restored building of the Vidin synagogue, which is located in the historic centre of Vidin, in close proximity to the city park and other significant historical and tourist sites.

The Cultural centrе "Jules Pascin" performs a variety of functions aimed at attracting year-round interest from Bulgarian and foreign visitors and tourists, presenting cultural events and workshops.

The building of the old synagogue, constructed by the noble Yakov Jacob Gattegno, destroyed in 1789 and rebuilt again by its patron Raphael Ashkenazi in 1839] was hit by artillery fire during the Russo-Turkish War (1877-1878), which is why, after the Liberation, the Vidin keilah made a unanimous decision to erect a new, modern building that met their needs at the time. The synagogue has survived to this day, although in poor condition.
