Cultural Center „Jules Pascin” hosted the exhibition of arch. Belin Mollov "The architectural heritage of Vidin and the region", opened on April 23, 2024. from 12:00 p.m. with the assistance of the Municipality of Vidin. The exhibition presents 34 watercolor paintings through which arch. Mollov expresses his passion for architectural monuments and buildings in the region. Architect Belin Mollov is an expert with fifty-five years of experience in the field of urban planning and urban development. He has an international qualification in territorial and settlement planning, local and regional government, strategic planning and sustainable urban development. He participated in the expert group of the Council of Europe for the development of the "Charter of Cities". He was the deputy minister of the Ministry of Development and Planning, co-chairman of the negotiating position "Regional Policy" under the agreement on the accession of Bulgaria to the EU, adviser to the Minister of Development and Urban Planning and lecturer in urban planning.
The exhibition can be viewed until May 15, 2024. At Cultural Center “Jules Pascin”.
